1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TaskZenith ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TaskZenith is an AI-powered task management application. We provide tools to help users organize objectives and micro-tasks, and we utilize artificial intelligence to suggest schedule optimizations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Your data, including tasks and schedules, is stored securely and processed to provide AI rescheduling features.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information, including basic telemetry and error reporting, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions — No Guarantee

Objective breakdowns, task suggestions, and rescheduling proposals are generated automatically by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. You are always shown the proposed change and must confirm it before it's applied — nothing is scheduled automatically without your review. These suggestions are not professional, medical, or health advice (including anything related to sleep or rest), and you remain solely responsible for decisions about your own schedule and well-being.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

TaskZenith offers a Free plan and, where available, a paid "Pro" subscription plan with expanded limits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the then-current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Prices and included features may change with reasonable notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, including abusive use of AI features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskZenith and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated suggestion.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
